A formal valance with deep pleats that originates from the top of the board and cluster around the horn section. It and the jabot are cut with a straight bottom allowing you to use fabric borders and wide braids. Can be cut as a seamless valance if desired. Includes cutting lines for 16, 18, and 20 inch swag depth. A single swag section can be up to 38 inches wide; add more swag sections for larger windows.
