Housed off Parkway Lane, near Buckeye Nissan, the warehouse-like exterior of the Hilliard Fabric Farms Interiors gives little clue to the lively and colorful displays of home décor fabric and trims housed inside. But the remodeled 8,000 square foot showroom is just what was needed—space, light, and color--- combined with a certified and expert staff of fabric consultants as well as shop-at-home consultants.

Established over 37 years ago, Fabric Farms Interior’s long time home had been in Upper Arlington near the corner of Riverside Drive and Fishinger. Although the location overlooking the Scioto River was lovely, proprietors Kathy and Bernie Iven, who purchased the business in 1997, had ambitious plans for expansion. When the opportunity came up in Hilliard, they jumped at the chance.

With frontage along I-270 the store attracts home décor shoppers throughout Ohio, and with their website, even throughout the country.

Fabric Farms Interiors is the one-stop shop for home decor products - drapery and upholstery fabrics, decorative trims, window hardware, books and patterns, and upholstery and drapery supplies and tools for the do-it-yourselfer. The store also offers custom window treatments, bedding and upholstery services along with a variety of classes. The 2005 relocation was a smart move for Fabric Farms Interiors. In 2006 they were awarded the Hilliard Area Chamber of Commerce Emerging Business Award. Quite an honor…after being in business for 35 years!

The store's mission is to provide quality products and excellent service at reasonable prices. Prices aren't marked-up in order to mark them down and say they are having a sale. They price their merchandise and services reasonably to start with.
