M'Fay's newest line of patterns, Trendy Treatments, are a group of patterns designed for the home sewer with limited experience sewing home decor items. It is required that you have good sewing skills. You should feel confident and comfortable at the sewing machine. FREE INSTRUCTIONAL DVD INCLUDED with pattern! La Bella Principessa (the beautiful princess) describes this valance. The scallop sections can be 12 to 20 inches wide by 16 inches deep. Use as many (or as few) as your window will need. The pleats have five folds at the top and hang 15 inch deep (not counting the trim). The jabot hangs about 36 inches deep and sews to the valance. The jabot takes up 2 inches of space on the front of the mount board. Alterations for the valance and jabot depth are included.
